Candidharbor reads applications as they arrive, scores them, and writes ranked results back to your ATS. No export-import, no manual steps.
Full bidirectional sync. Scores appear inside the candidate record in Meridian. Move candidates through pipeline stages from either system. Webhooks trigger screening on new application submission.
Inline score display in Clarity candidate view. Bulk screening for historical application backlog. Supports Clarity's custom field schema so scores appear in your existing candidate card layout.
Single sign-on with your Vantage workspace. Screening results appear as Vantage notes. Supports Vantage's team collaboration features: share shortlists and leave comments alongside scores.

Security and Data
How we handle candidate data
Resume data is processed to generate scores, then discarded. We don't store candidate PII beyond what's needed to return results to your ATS.
Data minimization by default
Candidharbor reads resumes to extract scoring-relevant signals. The raw document and PII are discarded after scoring completes. We don't build candidate profiles or retain data for model training.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit. Score results stored in our system are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Keys are managed per-tenant with rotation every 90 days.
SOC 2 Type II
Our infrastructure and data handling practices are audited annually by an independent third party. Current audit report available to prospective customers under NDA.
GDPR-ready data processing agreement
We provide a standard DPA for EU-based customers. Sub-processors are listed and updated in our Trust Center. Cross-border transfers use standard contractual clauses.
